This replacement or additional receiver collar allows you to add another dog to your existing SportDOG Contain + Train System (SDF-CTR), providing both containment and remote training capabilities with the same versatile collar.
The SDF-CT Collar Receiver communicates with both the Fence Transmitter and Remote Transmitter, allowing you to choose between three operating modes: Containment Mode, Training Mode, or Containment + Training Mode. This flexibility allows you to customize how your dog responds to the system based on your training goals.
In Containment Mode, the collar responds only to the underground fence boundary signal. When your dog approaches the boundary, the collar provides a warning tone and vibration. If your dog continues into the correction zone, the collar delivers one of seven selectable static stimulation levels to encourage your dog to return to the safe area.
In Training Mode, the collar responds only to the handheld Remote Transmitter, allowing you to train your dog anywhere, including inside or outside the containment boundary. Choose from seven levels of static stimulation in low, medium, or high ranges, along with momentary (nick) or continuous stimulation. Vibration and tone options provide additional communication methods.
In Containment + Training Mode, the collar responds to both the underground fence signal and the remote transmitter, allowing you to train your dog while maintaining boundary protection.
