The transmitter creates an adjustable protection zone of up to a 6-foot radius (12-foot diameter) around areas you want to keep off-limits. When your pet wearing a compatible receiver collar enters the protected area, the collar delivers an audible warning tone followed by progressive static correction as your pet approaches the transmitter. This helps reinforce boundaries and encourages pets to avoid unwanted locations.
